Leading @Tech: Driving Engagement: Understanding Gallup Q12
Gallup Q12 is a scientifically validated survey tool that assesses employee engagement within organizations. This course introduces participants to the foundations of the Q12 survey, teaches them how to interpret survey data, and lays out how to develop an action plan.

How to Register for Courses
Campus Faculty & Staff
All faculty and staff training is available through the Learning & Development Learning Portal, Genius. Use the portal to explore upcoming courses by name, date, or Institutional Values.
To register, follow these steps:
- Log in with your Georgia Tech credentials.
- Select View Course Catalog from the navigation menu on the left.
- Enter the name of the course in the Find Course search bar at the top of the page. The search results will appear in tiles.
- To confirm the course date, duration, and time, click the course tile that best matches your desired results.
- When you are ready to register, close out the tile and click Register to enroll in the course. Your course will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
- Click Proceed to Checkout in the upper, right corner.
- Review your selected courses and click Confirm to confirm your enrollment.
- Upon successful registration, you will receive an email from help@training.gatech.edu once your registraion is confirmed.
